How do I choose a ministry?
Once you become a church member, you can join any ministry. But before you begin to serve, it’s important to discern first what God desires of you in serving. When God created you, He gave you a unique personality. When uniquely-created individuals come together and work together, the church is more effective.

Class 301

At TBC, we offer class 301, which will help you discern the unique gifts and personality that God has given you. This class is offered 3 times a year, and ministry team members will advise you on how to discern your strengths. Prerequisite: Classes 101 and 201.

Ministry Information Table

If you are searching for a ministry, then please come to the “Ministry Information Table”, set up in the parking lot on Sundays. Ministry team members are available to give you information and to connect you with a ministry leader.

Ministry Fair

Once a year, every ministry introduces their activities during our ministry fair, held in the church parking lot and set up with tents. You can talk directly with ministry workers and sign up for ministries that interest you.

Ministry Guidebook

Our guidebook lists all of the ministries at TBC. It can be picked up at the ministry information table.
